Set off together – and everyone sees the same forecast

Whether a group ride, a hike with friends or a club outing: you set the date and start time, share a link, and everyone sees the weather for the route at the shared start time. The question “What will the weather be?” in the group chat is no longer needed.

Create a meeting

A link that looks good in every messenger

You get an invitation link that you share in WhatsApp, Signal or Telegram. In the chat a preview appears with the title and start time, so everyone knows at once what it is about.

Sign-up with a limit and a waiting list

Whoever wants to come signs up with one click (“I'm in”), with a free account. You can limit the places; once the meeting is full, further interested people go on a waiting list and move up as soon as a place becomes free.

The group's pace

You decide at what pace the group travels, and all times along the route follow it. Whoever prefers to plan at their own pace chooses, as a participant, their personal pace; the times then change only for them.

A chat for the group

You can add a link to your group in WhatsApp, Signal or Telegram. Only you and the confirmed participants see it, not everyone who opens the page.

When something changes

If you move the date or time, the page says what has changed. If you cancel the meeting, those signed up get an email. With “New date” you carry a cancelled or past meeting over to a new day with all its settings. It gets a new link, and whoever wants to come signs up again.

The same forecast for everyone

The forecast applies to the meeting's start time and the group's pace, not to some arbitrary time. With “Watch” you get an email when the forecast changes noticeably.

How it works

  1. Choose a route. Take one of your routes or upload a GPX file.
  2. Set up the meeting. Enter date, start time, pace and – if you like – participant limit and group chat.
  3. Share the link. Send the invitation link; everyone sees the same forecast and can sign up.

An example

A hike on the Malerweg next Saturday at 9 o'clock, with example participants. You cannot sign up there; it only shows what a meeting looks like.
